Are there any community events or activites organized?

Yes, we regulary orgnaize resdient events to help foster a sense of community and for resdients to get to know eachother better. Check out our Instagram for past and upcoming events.

Are furnished apartments available?

Yes, we have a business relationship with CORT Furniture.

How does package delivery work?

For your convenience, packages are delivered directly to your door.

Do the apartments have high-speed internet access?

Our apartment homes are all cable ready and the resident may choose their provider.

Is there bike storage available at the community?

Yes, we have a bike rack for your convenience.

Is there in-home laundry?

Yes, all homes at ANKR are equipped with in-unit, full-size washer and dryers.

What amenities are available for resident use?

We offer a beautiful resort style pool with an outdoor kitchen consisting of 2 gas grills and a mini fridge. Resident Lounge equipped with a billiards table, fusbol, shuffleboard, dartboard and co-working space. State of the art fitness center.

Application and Leasing

What are the income requirements to qualify for an apartment home?

To qualify, your income should be at least two and a half times the rent amount.

How do I renew my lease?

Our team will send you a notice for renewal 90 days before your lease expiration. To renew your lease, please send us an email indicating your desire to renew at least 60 days before your lease ends, and we will provide you with an updated lease agreement. We would be sad to see you go but if you do not wish to renew your lease, we will provide you with move-out instructions, your final move-out date, and your final balance owed.

Is renters insurance required?

Yes, renter’s insurance is required to protect your belongings and provide peace of mind. Each applicant must be on the insurance policy. For more information, please contact our leasing team.

Can I sublease my apartment?

No. We do not allow subleasing to ensure the comfort and security of all our residents.

What are the lease terms?

We offer flexible lease terms from 6-14 months on select units.

What documents do I need to provide for the application process?

To start your application, you’ll need to provide a valid ID and proof of income. These documents help us verify your eligibility and ensure a smooth leasing process.

How do I apply?

Once you have found your desired floor plan on our website, you can submit an application via our online portal. Or just give the leasing office a call, they are happy to answer any questions you may have.

Community and Lifestyle

Are there quiet hours in the community?

Yes, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.

Is there nearby shopping & dinning?

ANKR Wilton Manors puts you at the heart of the action right on Wilton Drive, steps from local favorites like Tulio’s Taco & Tequila, Infinity Loungue, D’Liras, Tops & Bottoms Men’s Boutique, Apt. 9F, Fantasy Barber Shop. and just minutes from beaches, shopping, and nightlife. Getting around is easy with quick access to the airport and public transportation.

Maintenance and Requests

How quickly are maintenance issues addressed?

Non-emergency maintenance requests are typically addressed within 1-2 business days. Emergency issues, such as water leaks or electrical problems, receive immediate attention.

How do I submit maintenance requests?

Maintenance requests can be submitted through our RentCafe Resident Services portal or the RentCafe resdient app, at any time. For urgent issues, please call our emergency maintenance team at (877) 857-4021, available 24/7 to ensure timely assistance.

Move-In and Move-Out Support

How long does it typically take to receive the security deposit refund?

A refund will be issued within 30 days of moving out in the form of a check.

What is the process for moving out?

When you’re ready to move out, please return your keys to the leasing office during office hours so we can process your move-out on the same day. We cannot complete your move-out until we have received the keys. Once you are out of the unit, the team will inspect the unit and determine any damages and repairs required.

How much notice is required before moving out?

The leasing team will contact you 90 days before your lease is almost up. A 60 days’ notice is required before moving out. Be sure to submit your notice in writing to the leasing office.

What happends If I need to break my lease?

If you need to break your lease, please contact the leasing office. They will guide you through the available options, which may include early termination fees and other conditions based on your specific situation.

Are there any restrictions on decorating or modifying my apartment home?

You’re welcome to decorate your apartment to make it feel like home! However, if you wish to make any modifications, please seek approval first. You are responsible for any damages which will be deducted from your security deposit.

Are there services to help with the move-in process?

ANKR provides access to elevators to assist with your move. Please coordinate with our leasing team to schedule your move-in.

Are there move-in or application fees?

Yes, an application fee is required to apply for an apartment. Please contact the leasing office for the current fee structure and any move-in promotions.

Parking

Are there EV charging station?

Yes, we have universal charging stations availble for resident use.

Is parking availble? Is there an additional fee for parking?

Yes, we offer parking for both our midrise and townhomes at a first come first serve basis at no additional fee.

Pets

Is there a pet deposit or a monthly pet fee?

Yes, there is a required pet deposit along with a monthly pet fee. The exact amount depends on the type and number of pets. Contact the leasing office for specific fees.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, ANKR is a pet-friendly community, allowing both cats and dogs. ANKR has a “pets are family attidude” with no breed or weight restictions.

Do you have a dog park?

Our community is very pet friendly for you to walk your fur babies around ANKR and the surrounding neighborhood.

How do I tour an apartment home and check out the community?

We’d love to shoe you arounnd! For in-person tours, you can book one directly (link to tour widget), on the website, or contract our leasing office (link to contract form) to schedule a tour. Please bring your ID to the tour.
